Orders Placed
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order specifiactions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos for our records to assess the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production of custom items may have already been started and cancellation will not be possible.
Ready to ship orders may be cancelled within 48 hours. After this period, the order will proceed to shipping and cancellation will not be possible.
